We make it easy for you to earn credits toward the purchase of a new home simply by living in one of our qualifying apartment communities! By partnering with Alliance Homes and participating in our Equity Program, it’s a Smart Move!
When you sign a 12 month lease with a qualified community, you are automatically enrolled in our Equity Program. There is no cost to be in the program, and you could gain up to $7,500 of equity towards the future purchase of a brand new Alliance Home.*

*Select new and existing Water Valley Management residents may be eligible for the Water Valley Home Equity Program. Minimum one year lease agreement required at one of our qualified apartments and make all lease payments on time or early. After 12 months of renting one of our qualified apartments, you will earn 10% equity, up to $2,200, to use toward a purchase or upgrade of an Alliance Home. You can also earn 8% each year after, up to 3 years. Maximum discount applied is $7,500. No outside realtors will be recognized; you must work directly with the Alliance Homes Sales Consultants. If lease payments are late or lease is broken early, tenant will no longer be qualified to be enrolled in program or to earn equity.
